Panamint Basin:  Panamint Basin is located just west of Death Valley.  A long and narrow basin, Panamint is assessable on the north side of basin as you exit Death Valley.  We have a couple stops to check out before we head to a very special place known as Racetrack Playa.  After you are done looking at Panamint Valley, click on the "Stop Eleven" link to the left of the image.
